Over the last ten years I’ve made simple changes to my life to improve my health. I know, based on evidence, that I‘ve substantially reduced my risks for many of the chronic illnesses we’ve come to expect as inevitable. Events in my life have highlighted the suffering and consequences of chronic illness, making me passionate about maintaining and improving mine and other people's health. Of course, not every illness can be prevented but evidence shows many diseases can be avoided and even put into remission by adopting a healthier lifestyle.
I’m a member of the Royal Society of Public Health and the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport & Physical activity. I’m passionate about helping people find a path to a better future and to understand why simple changes in diet, exercise, sleep or stress levels can reap huge rewards. Whether you want to lose weight, have more energy, protect yourself from future health problems or improve existing ones, we can work together to achieve your goals.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
IS COACHING RIGHT FOR ME?
We all need help and support as we can't be an expert in every field. Sometimes we just need a sounding board or someone to talk things through with. Coaching can provide you with a source of knowledge, support and motivation to help you get to where you want to be in your life. And I personally benefit from engaging with continual coaching and professional training to update and enhance my practice.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
I want everyone to be able to access the health advice they need. One to one sessions cost £45 for 50 minutes and I have flexible options to help manage the financial cost.
HOW LONG DO I NEED COACHING FOR?
Everyone's needs differ so I have no minimum or maximum number of sessions. We'll work together to determine what's right for your needs and situation. I appreciate that financial and/or time constraints can be a barrier so I offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions to suit your needs.
WHERE WILL SESSIONS TAKE PLACE
Most people choose online sessions and I can work with clients in the UK and internationally. I have a consulting room in Shipley, West Yorkshire where we also have the option of walk and talk sessions in my local woods.
